The Green Company
Problem: Define and distinguish The Green Company, a builder/ developer as one of eleven builders in a 3,000-acre development at the Pinehills.
Solution: A series of ads were created to express what distinguished a Green Company Community from its competitors. Focusing on three characteristics that fulfilled the brand promise of “environments built for living,” we highlighted, “compelling views,” “individual privacy” and “land planning and environmental design” in each ad.
